I've noticed time and time again the tendency to settle into one comfortable way of doing things. I've also noticed that sometimes people aren't settling, they just don't know a faster way. When it comes to moving information, there's always a faster way than the way you're doing it.

Creating signatures in Outlook 2007 has changed compared to Outlook 2003 and previous versions. It's a bit harder to insert custom coded signatures like the one found at www.linkedin.com (You need an account first.) The advanced editor is missing from the Outlook 2007 signature interface, unlike Outlook 2003, however, you can still create that fancy HTML based custom signatures.
