Windows comes with a sufficient mail program, but like any other microsoft application, you pay to play.<br><br>The bottom line is, if you use a mail provider who implements Microsoft Exchange, you get a free copy of the software which would normally cost you $99.00 stand alone, and over $300.00 bundled with the Office applications. No operating system is going to offer that much functionality in an application inherently built-in.
