About Me

by Jon Griffith on March 4, 2008

Introduction

Well, let’s start with the basics.  My name is Jon Griffith, and I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert.  I am an Arizona Native, and a 2nd generation REALTOR.  I have a solid background in Information Technology, and as you can see by the content of my blog, I am a busy writer as well.

I made the switch to real estate sales after 15 years in the computer industry, where I have found great success in helping people prevent foreclosure, and that has been my main focus ever since.

My goal is to help you solve your financial distress as a home owner.  I want to help you sell your home so the bank doesn’t take it away from you, and I have proven to be successful at it.

Being in financial distress is an extremely emotional state of mind.  Believe me, I understand.  Every day I bear the burden of telling people the truth about their financial situation in relation to their home.  Most of the time, in this upside-down market, it’s not good news.  But that’s okay, because there’s a solution for your problem, and it shouldn’t cost you anything to get started!

If you’re concerned about what to do with your home, and you have questions about all of the messages you’ve been hearing regarding short sales, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and the like, then please contact me today and I’ll have a frank and honest conversation about your options and about what is available.

Credentials

I am a member of the Arizona Association of Realtors, Scottsdale Association of Realtors, National Assocation of Realtors, am a member of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, and am a Certified Distressed Property Expert.  I am a graduate of the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, and have over 15 years experience in the field of Information Technology.  My technical expertise and understanding of business systems gives me a unique edge over the average real estate agent enabling me to be more thorough and accurate in business.

What to Expect From Me

You can expect me to be courteous.  I will do what I say I am going to do.  I will keep you informed and do my best to represent your best interests.  I will use today’s latest technologies to keep you up to date on the progress of your short sale.  I will explain in detail how the process works, and I’ll continually communicate with you about the short sale process.  I promise to continue to educate myself so you know you’re working with the best.

Dear Jon,
I wanted to drop a line and acknowledge the writing you published online regarding relationships. I found it when I was googleing your Grandmother’s name. She was a resident where I had worked for the last year and I was concerned about how she’s doing now that she lived elsewhere. I am not sure if I gleened from your script that she is no longer with us or not. I loved her dearly…she was an angel in our community. If you care to respond I’d appreciate it, if not I would understand.
I wish you well in your life journey.

Respectfully,
Lisa Dorsey
