For a first time home buyer, buying or selling a home can be a confusing process, that’s why we’ve provided you with a basic guide to real estate in Arizona. Some of the topics you’ll need to understand when you decide to purchase a home include:

- Escrow – the time period that begins if and when the seller accepts your offer.

There are hundreds of terms that you’ll hear throughout the process which will be overwhelming. Leave it up to me to handle the ins and outs of the process so you aren’t overwhelmed.
